1. Return Policy
At Zandar Office, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the item. All returned products must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
2. Refund Process
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), all refunds are processed in cash. After inspecting the returned item, we will coordinate the cash refund with you directly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used or customized are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a cash refund.
